Steve holds Certificates in Advocacy and Trade Policy Reform and Intra-African Trade, both from the ITC SME Academy. He is also an AGOA Technical Service Provider.

He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing Option) from Kenya Methodist University, is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya, with over 16 years of experience in Sales Management including Account Management, Sales and Distribution Management, Route to Market Management (RTM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Public Relations (PR) and Sales Operations Management.

Dr. Millicent Mboya

Dr. Mboya is the Head of Training and Knowledge Management at Business Development and Innovation Training College. She is a seasoned Human Resource Professional and Organizational Development practitioner with outstanding leadership and management skills. She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Human Resource Management, a Master's of Science in Organizational Development, and a Bachelor of Divinity. She has over 8 years of experience lecturing in both private and public universities, examination development, and administration, plus 5 years of experience training at organizations such as KUCCPS, KENGEN, KEBS and ACADRI.
